To re-register a Software Token/authentication app, please log in to the Square Enix Account Management System (), select One-Time Password followed by Software Token and follow the on-screen instructions. Please be aware that once your registration has completed, neither the 'Country/region of registration' nor Your registered region can be changed. If you do not remove your Software Token/authentication app from your Square Enix account beforehand and no longer have your Emergency Removal Password, you will be unable to log into your game or other services using that account. This password is required to regain access to your Square Enix account should you change phones or delete the app before removing the registered Software Token or authentication app.
